Christoph Posselt - Profile
I caught my first curious glimpses of the world in 1955. The first steps on a stage, that later became part of my world, I dared at fourteen.
In 1974, I became a founding member of the pantomime ensemble of the Deutsches Theater Berlin and worked with the ensemble until 1991.
In 1981, I started my work as a director and choreographer with productions of operas and plays at major opera houses and theaters in the GDR.
From 1984 to 1989, I was a student of Theater Studies in Leipzig.
As a pantomime, clown and director I travelled and worked around the world.
My hair became grey, it was time to leave the stage and pass on my experience to others.
Having met people of different positions and industries, I decided to use my unusual experience and provocative view of the world to support open minded and curious people to achieve their goals with unusual means.
Since 2001, I have been developing the training work for companies in Germany, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Great Britain, Austria, Egypt, China, Mexico and the USA.
At the center of my work today is the topic of leadership.
It covers all the tools necessary for leaders, such as verbal and non-verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management and decision making techniques.
The seminars or workshops are entertaining, varied and lively.
What keeps me going is courage and curiosity.
